The real estate projects which has land more than 500 sq.mts. or has more than 8 dwelling units wherein building permissions approved on or after 01.01.17 shall be registered in the RERA website. Please register the project immediately at (http://rera.telangana.gov.in/) All types of Building Permissions, Occupancy Certificates (O.C), and Layout permissions, Group Housing Permission, (except Change of Land Use) falls within the limits of Grampanchayats under the jurisdiction of HMDA limits will now be exclusively processed through TGbPASS only and any new applications except CLU will not be entertained in DPMS further. Citizens are requested to apply through TGbPASS website with the following URL: 'http://tsbpass.telangana.gov.in/' from 24th April -2024.

ARCHITECT’S / STRUCTURAL ENGINEER’S REGISTRATION
 
 
img Any proposal to HMDA has to be filed by registered architects as per G.O. 168.
img Any COA registered Architect can apply for registration to HMDA.
img An architect shall have to be registered with HMDA by paying Rs. 1000/- to become registered Architect of HMDA.

img Only registered architects will be allowed to login to DPMS.
img Login credentials to DPMS will be provided to architects only after registration through SMS/E-mail that is submitted at the time of registration.
